Without Limits, LLC ("WOL," "we," "our," or "us") operates the WOL athlete portal at app.iamwithoutlimits.com and the Without Limits mobile app. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Account information: name, email address, password (stored securely via Supabase Auth)
• Athlete details: phone, address, date of birth, emergency contact information
• Fitness data: race times, training history, performance records entered by you or your coach
• Payment information: billing details processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers
• Practice participation: check-ins, registrations, and attendance records

3. How we use your information

• To provide coaching services and manage your membership
• To process payments and send billing communications
• To send practice schedules, updates, and service announcements
• To improve our platform and coaching programs
• To comply with legal obligations

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With coaches and staff at Without Limits who need it to provide services
• With Stripe to process payments — governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy
• With Supabase for database and authentication hosting
• With Sentry for crash and error diagnostics — technical data only, configured to exclude personal information
• With PostHog for product analytics — which screens are used and which actions are taken, plus an account identifier. It never receives names, email addresses, photos, or any information about a minor. We do not use it for advertising and we do not track you across other apps or websites
• As required by law in response to lawful requests

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Some information (e.g. transaction records) may be retained for legal and financial compliance purposes.

6. Children's privacy

Our services include programs for minors (youth athletes). When a guardian creates an account for a minor athlete, the guardian is responsible for the accuracy of information provided. We handle minor athlete data with the same protections as adult data and do not use it for marketing purposes.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase Auth, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we strive to protect your data.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
